Launch. Sell. Operate. Hand off.

Oldowan designs and installs the connected system a business needs to launch, sell, operate and hand off confidently.

Two clear paths

Start clean—or make the business you have work better.

The system follows the stage of the business. A new founder needs a focused launch foundation. An operating business needs careful discovery, migration and team adoption.

01 · Starting a new business

Build the essential system once, properly.

The lower-cost path for founders who need the core pieces connected without accumulating a patchwork of tools.

  • Domain and DNS
  • Microsoft 365
  • Branded website
  • Business email
  • Offers and products
  • Stripe payments or POS
  • Essential workflows
  • Launch and handoff
Lower-cost launch path · fixed scope
02 · Already operating

Replace friction without losing control.

The higher-investment path for established businesses moving real customer, catalogue, inventory and operating data into a connected system.

  • Systems discovery
  • Approved data exports
  • Excel / CSV mapping
  • Cleanup and validation
  • Staged batch migration
  • CRM and commerce
  • POS and reporting
  • Training and acceptance
Higher-investment operations path · controlled migration
Credible migration

Authorized, mapped, tested and reconciled.

Oldowan can transfer client-authorized business data where access rights, source export capabilities, data quality, supported interfaces, third-party agreements and applicable requirements permit. The client confirms it has authority to provide the data. Imports are mapped, tested, reconciled and approved before production; not every source system can or should continuously sync.

For existing spreadsheets, approved product fields can include product names, descriptions, SKU identifiers, costs or values, prices, inventory state and channel references. Those fields are mapped into the agreed data model before staged migration. Oldowan does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

All pricing is in Canadian dollars. Third-party licences, hardware, merchant fees, taxes and unusual data remediation are separate unless expressly included in the signed scope. Vintage Vault is an example of the Founder Operating System level—not a promise that every business receives identical functionality.

Optional fixed handoff support

90 days. Then it ends.

CA$1,500

Six biweekly calls, issue triage and small implementation guidance after handoff. This is a fixed support block, not a subscription. It ends automatically after 90 days and does not renew.

Stripe commerce + POS

Online and in-person payments, fitted to the operation.

Oldowan configures the payment layer around the approved customer and staff journey. Stripe remains the payment processor and merchant-account provider.

Online

Stripe-hosted Checkout

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay can appear when available to the customer and enabled or eligible for the connected Stripe account. Availability varies by customer device, browser, account and region.

In person

Stripe-powered POS

Supported Stripe Terminal readers or Tap to Pay can be configured where the business, account and device are eligible. Canadian Interac and contactless readiness is subject to Stripe account, location, hardware and network eligibility.

Oldowan does not claim that every card, wallet or payment method is accepted everywhere. Supported hardware purchase, shipping, replacement, connectivity and Stripe merchant fees are separate unless included in the signed scope.

Selected systems

Real work, described without theatre.

No invented screens or generic mockups—just the system and the job it is designed to do.

Commerce + operations

Vintage Vault

A connected commerce and operations platform spanning catalogue, CRM, inventory, online and in-person sales, reporting and handoff. It illustrates the depth of a Founder Operating System engagement; each implementation is scoped to the business.

No payment is required. Oldowan will review the context and return with a written recommended scope and practical next step.

  2. Share only the business contact and operating context needed for evaluation.
  3. Oldowan reviews the submission and prepares the recommended scope.
  4. If you proceed, approve the written scope before paying the deposit.
